"Ordered a size 9/10 and came in a size 6. Would not exchange or refund 2 pairs of over priced flip flops that cost $140 Canadian. Called and emailed and they responded with if we exchange them for you we would have to do so with everyone. Do not buy this product"

"I bought 2 pairs of the slim flip flops with crystals. The straps are narrow with a little bling that flatters my feet. They are great when you want to dress casual but still need to dress it up a little. . I have had these before and wore them out. I did have some trouble with the sizing. I’m a 81/2-9, so right in the middle of sizes. The 39-40, 9-10, fit me the best. I ordered navy, which is a color hard to find, in a slim, feminine- looking flip flop. I love the color. It goes great with my sundresses. I would not hesitate to buy again!"
