Uncomfortable Flip Flops

"A friend recommended Havaianas flip flops so I bought a pair. They’re impossible to wear because there’s extra rubber on the toe separater which hurts my big and second toe. Impossible to wear. They’re also too stiff and don’t bend with my feet. Wish I could get my money back."

"Total chaos! Tried to change a size and order completed itself. No way to change. Their policy is “no changes” even at that very moment, no where to call either. Had to let it ship and now, package and pay for shipping back. Then reorder “hope” it doesn’t jump the gun again. Pay for shipping 1/2 the price of item. Nothing but a pain. I’ll never order there again. Amazon has the brand too."

Don’t like shape; it’s changed

"The last Havaianas I bought (probably 4-5 years ago I bought 6 pairs), had a more rounded toe, thinner sole and overall smaller profile. This new style (not sure when it changed of course) appears to be so much bulkier all the way around, and the toe is more square. I disliked them right out of the bag and I’m returning them. As an aside and to be clear, I ordered the same size I’ve always worn, 39/40s. The reason I get flip flops and Havaianas in particular is because they’re delicate. Not any more."

Shoes lasted me 23 years

"My parents bought a pair when they were in Brazil in 2002. My step mom gave them to me because they weren't her style. They were the comfiest pair of flip flops I've ever owned. Today, in 2025, the strap broke. I'm actually in mourning because I loved these flip flops so much. I went ahead and ordered another pair hoping they last another 23 years."

My FAV flip flops

"Best Havaianas ever! I bought these after my dog chewed my original pair that I’d had for 7 years! They’re super comfy. The rubber thong never needs to get worn in; they’re comfy brand new. Clearly they last a long time - color never fades. In shoes I wear a 8/8. 5 and I got the 7/8 they fit great. Buy them!"
