"I loved the look of the sandals! BUT they feel so low quality. Have only had them for a month or two and they bend and make me trip on walks regularly. Just feel so thin and cheap. I definitely wouldn’t spend $40-50 to order a pair online again. At most Havianas are worth $30."

"This was the pair out of 4 pairs I received that was not defective. Haviannas refuses to talk to me about this as they believe they were damaged in shipping. Worst company to deal with. You get overseas operators with no connection to corporate accountability. I have been buying their shoes for years at least 4-6 pair a year. This is the first problem. But. . the absolute worst customer service ever. Even the supervisor could do nothing. . never again"
